Project Site Supervisor

<div><p>OsoolTree Company is looking for a hands-on Project Site Supervisor to oversee structural and finishing works across its residential developments in Riyadh.</p><p>This role requires strong on-site presence to supervise contractors, monitor quality, track progress against schedules, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate is disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining strict site control.</p><h3>Tasks</h3><ul><li>Conduct regular site inspections during structural and finishing stages</li><li>Supervise contractors and subcontractors on daily site activities</li><li>Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications</li><li>Monitor construction quality and report deviations immediately</li><li>Track actual progress against the approved project timeline</li><li>Prepare weekly reports including progress percentage, delays, risks, and photo documentation</li><li>Follow up on site observations until full closure</li><li>Verify completed work before contractor payment approval</li><li>Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained</li><li>Attend coordination meetings and provide clear updates to management</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction-related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in residential projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs</li><li>Strong reporting and communication skills</li><li>Firm and detail-oriented personality</li><li>Ability to manage multiple project sites within Riyadh</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
