Project Site Supervisor

OsoolTree Company is looking for a hands-on Project Site Supervisor to oversee structural and finishing works across its residential developments in Riyadh.This role requires strong on-site presence to supervise contractors, monitor quality, track progress against schedules, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate is disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining strict site control.TasksConduct regular site inspections during structural and finishing stagesSupervise contractors and subcontractors on daily site activitiesEnsure work is executed according to approved drawings and specificationsMonitor construction quality and report deviations immediatelyTrack actual progress against the approved project timelinePrepare weekly reports including progress percentage, delays, risks, and photo documentationFollow up on site observations until full closureVerify completed work before contractor payment approvalEnsure safety standards and site discipline are maintainedAttend coordination meetings and provide clear updates to managementRequirementsDiploma in Civil Engineering or Construction-related fieldMinimum 5 years of site supervision experience in residential projectsStrong knowledge of structural and finishing worksAbility to read technical drawings and BOQsStrong reporting and communication skillsFirm and detail-oriented personalityAbility to manage multiple project sites within Riyadh#J-18808-Ljbffr
