Project Site Supervisor

OsoolTree Company is looking for a hands on Project Site Supervisor to oversee structural and finishing works across its residential developments in Riyadh. This role requires strong on site presence to supervise contractors, monitor quality, track progress against schedules, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate is disciplined, detail oriented, and capable of maintaining strict site control. Tasks Conduct regular site inspections during structural and finishing stages Supervise contractors and subcontractors on daily site activities Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications Monitor construction quality and report deviations immediately Track actual progress against the approved project timeline Prepare weekly reports including progress percentage, delays, risks, and photo documentation Follow up on site observations until full closure Verify completed work before contractor payment approval Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained Attend coordination meetings and provide clear updates to management Requirements Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction related field Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in residential projects Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs Strong reporting and communication skills Firm and detail oriented personality Ability to manage multiple project sites within Riyadh
