Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budgetDevelop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and elevate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationRequirementsMust have a current UAE driving licenseFluent in English both written and oral2 years’ experience in the UAE flooring/construction industryExcellent communication skillsMust have technical knowledge from either a flooring, construction or trades backgroundMust be willing to work as part of a multi-cultural and an ever-expanding teamExperience with Microsoft office and company CRM systemsBenefitsAttractive Salary +All the benefits as per UAE Labor Law (Visa, Medical, Insurance, Air ticket etc..)#J-18808-Ljbffr
