Project Site Engineer

The role involves tasks such as Civil Engineering, Site Development, and Quality Control.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Civil - Site supervision experience in Villas and Buildings</li><li>Quality Control skills</li><li>Experience in civil engineering projects</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork abilities</li><li>Project management experience is a plus</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide regular progress reports to the client and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Provide technical support during the construction supervision phase, addressing any issues that arise.</li><li>Drive progression via coordination meetings, ensuring all structural obligations are met.</li><li>Liaise with contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with requirements.</li><li>5-7 years of experience – Site supervision experience in Villas and Buildings.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
