Job Description

OverviewResponsible for driving sales of flooring and tile products through project-based clients, including builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors, while ensuring strong relationships and achieving sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in the project segment.Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and contractors.Present product portfolios, samples, and technical specifications to clients.Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation.Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.RequirementsProven experience in project sales, preferably in flooring, tiles, or building materials.Strong network within the construction and interior design industry.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
