The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across retail and project segments.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new customers within the building materials, hardware, and construction sectorsPromote and sell products to retailers, contractors, and project clientsMaintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat businessAchieve monthly and annual sales targets set by managementConduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activitiesProvide product information, technical specifications, and pricing detailsFollow up on inquiries, quotations, and payment collectionsPrepare daily sales reports and maintain updated customer recordsPreferred SkillsKnowledge of UAE construction and retail marketExperience in key account management and project salesBasic computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP systems)Requirements4-6 years of outdoor sales experience (building materials, hardware, or related industry preferred)Strong knowledge of building materials products and market trendsGraduate in any disciplineValid UAE driving license (mandatory)Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage)Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and meet sales targetsBenefitsSalary: AED 6,000 - 7,500 per month#J-18808-Ljbffr
