MUTE is a UAE-based premium acoustic solutions brand dedicated to transforming spaces into environments that are as beautiful as they are functional. With over 1,000 spaces successfully sound-treated and a client portfolio that includes global names such as Qatar Airways, American Express, Unilever, and the Dubai Future Foundation, MUTE is a trusted partner across the region's most ambitious built-environment projects.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dubai. You will be the face of MUTE in the market — out meeting clients, opening doors, and building lasting commercial relationships. Your primary focus will be business development across our core customer segments: fit-out contractors, interior designers and architects, construction companies, and home cinema integrators. You will own your pipeline from first contact through to signed contract, working closely with our design and technical teams to ensure every client receives a solution tailored to their project.Day-to-day responsibilities include:Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across target sectorsConducting client visits, site meetings, and product presentationsBuilding and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers and specifiersUnderstanding project briefs and translating them into the right acoustic solutionPreparing proposals and quotations in coordination with the technical teamRepresenting MUTE at industry events, showrooms, and networking opportunitiesMaintaining accurate pipeline records using CRM toolsMeeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targetsQualifications:Proven track record in field sales or business development, ideally within the UAE marketExperience selling into fit-out, interior design, architecture, construction, or AV/home cinema sectors is a strong advantageStrong interpersonal and communication skills — you are comfortable presenting to both creative and commercial audiencesSelf-starter with the drive to work independently and manage your own schedule effectivelyAbility to understand and articulate technical products and propose solutions to meet client needsProficiency in CRM software and standard sales toolsBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferredSalary & BenefitsCompetitive base salary 6-8K AED, plus commission, commensurate with experience.How to ApplySend your CV and a formal Letter of Application — both in PDF format — to .
