<div><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ol><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific warehouse requirements and providing tailored fit-out solutions that align with their business goals.</li><li>Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and opportunities, utilizing sales techniques and tools to effectively target and engage prospective clients.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of our warehouse fit-out solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of projects from initial consultation to final delivery.</li><li>Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to clients and addressing any concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.</li><li>Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data to inform strategic decision-making and improve sales performance.</li><li>Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote our services, expand your professional network, and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long‑term partnerships that drive repeat business.</li><li>Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on the latest advancements in warehouse fit‑out solutions to enhance your sales strategies and techniques.</li></ol><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>Minimum 5 years previous experience in sales of warehouse fit‑out solutions</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.</li><li>Proficient user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.</li><li>Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information.</li><li>User of ERP software, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365.</li><li>Ensure maintenance of highest standards of professional conduct, ethics, and integrity in daily operational engagement.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
