Job Description
Job Description You will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and monitoring all Quality work related to the project. This includes analyzing and aligning the quality demands of the contract with HVDCs quality management system. Your role will involve supporting and guiding the project core team in all quality-related issues to ensure project objectives are achieved in terms of quality, supplier & subcontractor quality, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will coordinate all quality-related discussions with the Customer and have the authority to flag and stop project execution if quality risks are deemed too high.
- Participate in Project kick-off meetings to ensure the implementation of the Project Quality plan, Inspection & Test Program, and all Quality requirements on the Project.
- Act as the main point of contact and Interface with the customer on test coordination & Project Quality issues.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the quality management system (QMS) for the project through the project quality plan (PQP), based on HVDCs IMS and project-specific procedures.
- Drive Quality culture, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and compliance with local codes & standards, laws & regulations on the Project.
- Communicate the inspection and test program (ITP) to the client in a timely manner, aligned with project schedule deliverables.
- Create, communicate & follow up the master ITP register based on input from various functions.
- Follow up on T-NPS scores, response rates, comments, and trends, review Quality RS, and ensure project-specific customer requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical / engineering / Quality management.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in EPC Project based environment.
- Experience in process management, ideally in project business, preferably in the energy or automation industry.
- Understanding of Salesforce and handling customer feedback.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Power BI.
- Strong communication skills in written and verbal English.
