Job Description As a Project Manager in the Renewable Energy Industry, your role involves coordinating site activities, ensuring efficient resource deployment, and expediting resource mobilization with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for managing cash flow with both lenders and contractors, leading annual budgeting processes, and monitoring project expenses. Your contribution in preparing tender documents by providing input on project schedule and construction methodology is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate site activities and ensure effective resource deployment.
- Coordinate with Cross Functional Team to expedite resource mobilization.
- Coordinate with Finance Team for the Cashflow management (Lender and Contractor both).
- Lead annual budgeting processes and monitor project expenses.
- Support in Preparation Tender document by providing input on project schedule and construction methodology.
- Conduct root cause analysis to address project issues and improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
- Implement best practices in project management to optimize project efficiency.
- Monitor and control project billing, invoicing, and budget allocation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Conduct regular project reviews and report on project progress to senior management.
Qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Post Graduation from NICMAR.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in the Renewable Energy Industry.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Proficiency in Scheduling tools like P6 & MSP are valuable additions.
