Bring your unique energy to our team of more than 21,000 people worldwide, and discover a rewarding, fulfilling, and varied career that you can take in anywhere you want to go.Job PurposeReports to the Service Project Manager and is responsible for managing the IMR Division (Inspection Maintenance and Repair) for UAE customers that includes - but not limited to:Coordination of receipt of equipment, inspection and dispositionEstimating costs and preparing quotationsCreating Service Orders and planning resources to meet customer requirementsCommunication and negotiation with customers and suppliersJob DescriptionConducts planning and responsible for execution of MMR, IMR, and Refurbishment of customer and company owned assets from quote to cashCommunicates the technical scope of work to the appropriate party in order to facilitate execution of the service job.Manages entry and releases of sales and service orders in order to meet customer demandsRecommends the sources of the components (to make or to buy) per current operation sourcing strategy and enters into the systemMaintains and updates the execution plan for projects.Monitors the flow of equipment through the service process, establishes and maintains KPI’s and performance metrics for throughputGenerally, assists service team in prioritization effortsAnalyses supply and demand of inventory and long-lead parts and takes corrective actions as needed to alleviate schedule impacts or excess inventoryRecommends improvements to the current working methods, process, and proceduresWorks autonomously in day to day tasksMonitors the flow of inventory throughout projectsProposes and recommends modification to current methods and proceduresYou are meant for this job if:REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Diploma or equivalent experience(Delete or keep): Work experience can compensate for lack of formal EducationREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:1-3 years’ experience with surface wellhead or other pressure control equipment in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably with field service experienceREQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S):N/AREQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, writing and presentation skills.
