Job Title: Scheduler / PlannerLocation: Barbados (Relocation from Dubai, UAE)Industry: Construction / Project ControlsSalary: $140,000 Tax-FreeRelocation Opportunity: Dubai → BarbadosWe are supporting a leading organisation in Barbados in sourcing an experienced Scheduler / Planner to join their construction team on major projects.This opportunity is specifically targeted at professionals currently based in Dubai (UAE) who are looking to relocate and take their career international.About the RoleAs a Scheduler / Planner, you will play a key role in delivering large-scale construction programmes, ensuring projects are effectively planned, monitored, and controlled from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage detailed project schedules across multiple construction projectsPerform critical path (CPM), delay, and recovery analysisMonitor contractor performance and support corrective action planningIntegrate cost, procurement, and resource data into project schedulesProduce regular progress reports, forecasts, and stakeholder updatesConduct schedule audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and best practiceSupport project teams with planning strategies and schedule optimisationRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline5+ years’ experience in Project Controls, Cost Control, and CPM SchedulingStrong expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft OfficeProven experience on large-scale construction projects (USD $50M+)Strong understanding of construction operations, contracts, and procurementExcellent analytical, organisational, and communication skillsCurrently based in Dubai or the UAE and open to relocation to BarbadosWhat’s on OfferFull relocation opportunity from Dubai to BarbadosWork on high-value, complex construction projectsInternational career progression with a leading organisationCompetitive salary and relocation package (details on application)Apply NowIf you are currently working in Dubai and open to relocating to Barbados, we’d love to hear from you.
