A Master's degree is a plus.Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management tools and software, particularly Jira.Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification is preferred.Smartsheet or Odoo expertise, with a proven track record of managing projects through it.Agile certification and extensive experience in agile methodologies are essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
