Job SummaryAria Holding is seeking a dynamic Project Manager Enterprise Applications to lead and deliver medium-complexity IT and business transformation initiatives across platforms such as ERP, CRM, HCM, ECM, and Microsoft 365.The role requires strong expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, risk control, and delivery management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & SchedulingDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependenciesMaintain baseline schedules and manage scope/timeline changesTrack project progress, deliverables, and performance2. Stakeholder Communication & ManagementAct as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendorsConduct project meetings, steering committees, and status updatesMaintain communication plans, meeting minutes, and action trackers3. Risk, Issue & Change ManagementMaintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)Identify, mitigate, and elevate risks proactivelyManage change requests and assess impact on scope, cost, and timeline4. Budget & Resource ManagementTrack project budgets, burn rates, and forecastsSupport resource planning and utilization trackingMonitor vendor invoices and milestone-based payments5. Testing, Go-Live & HandoverCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training activitiesEnsure go-live readiness and smooth transition to operationsOversee post go-live stabilization and support6.
