Job SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, control, and completion of projects, ensuring consistency with organizational strategy, commitments, and goals.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionPlan, initiate, and implement projects in alignment with company objectives.Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.Break down projects into clear tasks, milestones, and timelines.Allocate and manage project resources efficiently.Lead, coordinate, and support project teams to ensure successful execution.Financial & Commercial ManagementManage project budgets and ensure effective cost control throughout all stages.Monitor project revenues, profitability, and P&L performance.Oversee client invoicing, billing accuracy, and timely collections.Track cash flows, forecast financial needs, and address variances proactively.Identify opportunities to enhance project profitability and minimize risks.Monitoring & ReportingPrepare and present comprehensive project status reports covering progress, risks, and financial performance.Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.Implement and manage change requests to meet deliverables.Evaluate project outcomes against defined objectives.Stakeholder & Client ManagementAct as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.Manage client expectations and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.Build and maintain strong relationships that support long‑term partnerships.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mandatory).Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).7–10 years of proven experience in project management.Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and control methodologies.Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L tracking.Proficiency in MS Office applications; MS Project is a strong plus.Excellent command of English (Arabic proficiency preferred).Solid understanding of contractual, regulatory, and safety compliance within project environments.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
