Project Manager - Telecom BSS

<div><p>We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large, complex telecom and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management methodologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands‑on experience with tools and frameworks that drive successful delivery.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.</li><li>Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Telecom BSS and/or Digital Transformation projects.</li><li>Strong project management expertise across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models.</li><li>Solid experience in the telecom domain, particularly in BSS (Business Support Systems).</li><li>Proven ability to manage large and complex delivery programs successfully.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.</li><li>Expertise in scope, risk, issue, and dependency management.</li><li>Strong understanding of change management and change control processes.</li><li>Hands‑on experience with JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Excel dashboards, and Microsoft PowerPoint.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.</li><li>Experience working in multi‑vendor and distributed delivery environments.</li><li>Exposure to governance, audits, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).</li><li>Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master.</li><li>Preference for candidates residing in Riyadh with a transferable Iqama, enabling immediate or smooth onboarding.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
