Project manager

As a forward-looking company, we are seeking adetail-oriented Project Manager to lead our technical projectswith precision and strategic insight. This role requires extensive experience in managing complex IT projects, with a strong emphasis on operationmanagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of projectmanagement practices and demonstrate proficiency in Azure DevOps, MicrosoftProject, and have hands-on experience in budget and resource management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning,execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects to meet the definedbenefits and project objectives.Effectively manage projectscope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with projectchange request forms.Handle project costestimation, establish budgets, and control spending.Direct and manage projectschedules using tools like Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps.Implement ITIL4 practicesto ensure service management processes are integrated with the project lifecycle.Forecast and manageresources effectively to ensure project milestones are met.Develop and maintaindetailed project documentation including the creation of project reports andpresentations to stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, risks,and expected outcomes.Manage relationships andcoordinate project activities across multiple teams, ensuring optimalproductivity and results.RequirementsOver 4 years of experience in project management, specifically managing large-scale IT projects.A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Certification in ITIL4 with a strong operational background.Demonstrable experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project.Proficient in project cost management, resource management, and scope management.Experienced in managing budget and revenue forecasting.Preferred CertificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) - PreferredCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Scrum qualifications - PreferredAgile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or similar Agile qualifications - PreferredCertified Kanban Professional - PreferredPRINCE2 Certification PreferredITIL4- MandatoryOther RequirementsThe ability to start on short notice is highly desirable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
