Project Manager

Job DescriptionCreating and maintaining project plan based on requirements document for fixed‑cost or progressive projects.Managing scrum team, ensuring effective cooperation and collaboration among team members.Coordinate cross‑functional teams to facilitate effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.Following Agile methodologies by conducting daily and weekly meetings to enhance communication and maximize productivity.Reviewing sprint outcome and following up on demos for various stakeholders.Ensuring efficient use of resources and appropriate task division among team leaders.Collaborating with business analyst to develop documentation and technical guides for end users.Promoting company and project standards in all deliverables.Preparing status reports and conducting regular project status meetings with team members.Communicating with other PMs to ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologiesDelivery oriented and multi‑tasking skills.Strong communication and reporting skills.Problem solving and leadership skills.RequirementsBS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Delivery oriented and multi‑tasking skills.Strong communication and reporting skills.Problem solving and leadership skills.Work schedule: Sunday to Thursday.#J-18808-Ljbffr
