Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role on call center projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through closure.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and executive-level reporting.Manage scope changes, change requests, and project documentation.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and governance frameworks.Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to ensure project success.Conduct post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions to support continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing similar projects.Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects across cross-functional teams.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Primavera, or similar).Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
