Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a leading consultancy in the UAE to support senior leadership in the successful fit-out and new build projects.This role involves managing project delivery from inception through completion, overseeing consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the delivery of major projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, contractual obligations, and financial targets.Develop project execution plans, quality plans, and delivery schedules, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of progress.Coordinate with clients, internal teams, subconsultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with authority requirements.Support procurement activities including subconsultant appointments and contract management.Manage project risk registers and implement risk mitigation strategies.Oversee design coordination, change management processes, and approvals.Attend and contribute to client, technical, and coordination meetings.Promote a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across all stages of the project.Requirements5+ years of experience delivering large-scale, multidisciplinary design and construction projects.Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management or similar.Previous experience with reputable consultancies or contractors in the GCC would be beneficial.Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project).In return you will receive an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in the GCC with real scope for career development and growth.If you are interested the then please reach out for an off the record conversation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
