Your core mission includes:Strategic Oversight: Monitor and follow up on the implementation of key strategic initiatives and transformation projects.Performance Tracking: Own the KPIs. Youll track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to ensure we are hitting our organizational targets.Executive Visibility: Maintain and update executive dashboards, providing leadership with real-time insights.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly performance reports and dive deep into performance deviations to identify root causes.Action-Oriented Solutions: Document and drive corrective action plans to ensure projects get back on track swiftly.What Were Looking ForWe need someone who loves data but understands people.
