Project Manager

Job Description:The Project Manager would be managing Project/s related to retrofit. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.Require a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and 810 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts practices and procedures. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Responsibilities:Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered ontime within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan (Primavera/MS Projects/as required by client) to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationMeet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectDelegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths skill sets and experience levelsTrack project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and longterm goalsMeet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff membersUse and continually develop leadership skillsAttend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiencyPerform other related duties as assignedDevelop spreadsheets diagrams and process maps to document needsDeveloping and reviewing the Method statement for all work activities.Understand the DXB DWC PTW process and coordination with the respective Airport energy management team.Coordinating with SDGE HSE Manager to execute all work activities safely.Monitoring and control on Materials/Equipment s used for the project.Monitoring the log sheet of installation lighting products and obsolete lightsCoordinating with M&V Engineer on pre and post surveys.Monitoring and control on power measurement and lux measurements.Requirements:Proven working experience in project managementExcellent clientfacing and internal communication skillsExperience in MEP / Lighting Retrofit ScopeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/ MS ProjectOracle Primavera knowledge and experienceProject Management Professional (PMP)/ CMVP/ CEM / PRINCE II certification is a plusBachelor s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
