YOUR OPPORTUNITYSIDEL would like to fill the role of a French speaking Project Manager Services based in Dubai.YOUR MISSIONOffer preparationUnderstand customer requests and translate his needsCoordinate with all involved product divisions to provide a full complete solution answering customer needsSupport Services sales team in sales, proposals, and presentations as neededPropose additional Services Products when required to secure project success as well as maximizing customer satisfactionProjects ExecutionProject registration in SAPInitiate the project with customer and aftersales managerSet a full schedule and coordinate with customer accordinglyEvaluate technical feasibility and technical risks of project so as to determine proper level of support at Supply Chain and PM&DCoordinate with all the involved business units to ensure the launching of the correct parts and follow up on deliveryConduct risk assessment and set mitigation plan to reduce any impact on the projectKeep monitoring Quality -Cost (Budget) - Delivery (Timeline) of the projectsManage project crisis and plan for a course of action in conjunction with all project actorsReporting project progress on a weekly basisArrange the logistics of the parts (packing, consolidation, and shipping to customer)Projects InstallationPlanning of the required resources and skills to conduct the installationCoordinate with the planning team to ensure the provision of the right skillsArrange Health Safety Environment & Security (HSE&S) coordination planArrange the logistics of the installation team and coordinate with the customers accordinglyCoordinate with the team on site and provide the required support to complete the jobCreate and follow up punch list due to any nonconformity found on siteMonitor and support the intervention till he gets the technical acceptance of the projectProjects ClosingConduct Root cause analysis to understand the root of the problem and set learned lessonsEnsure that all the invoices are issued completelyEnsure database updateSet a closing meeting with the customerArrange customer satisfaction surveyYOUR PROFILEEngineering background3 years experience in project managementPMP certification is a plusFrench speaker is mandatoryBy applying to this vacancy, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the processing of his/her personal data included in the job application.#J-18808-Ljbffr
