Project Manager / Scrum Master

Role Description We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead strategic initiatives within our Technology department. This dualrole position involves overseeing full project lifecycles from initiation to delivery while also driving Agile methodologies to support highperforming development teams. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between crossfunctional teams and stakeholders ensuring smooth project execution continuous improvement and alignment with business goals. This role is essential to maintaining momentum across projects in a fastpaced fintechfocused environment. Responsibilities Manage the endtoend execution of strategic projects ensuring delivery within scope timeline and budget. Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups retrospectives and reviews. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders development teams product owners and other departments to maintain clear and effective communication. Proactively identify project risks and implement timely mitigation strategies. Track and report on project progress using tools such as Jira Trello Azure DevOps or similar. Foster a collaborative and highperforming team environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement. Mentor and coach team members on Agile best practices and principles. Drive process enhancements and promote Agile maturity within the organization. Ensure the removal of project impediments to keep teams on track and aligned with project goals. Requirements Bachelors degree in a relevant field. 58 years of experience in project management with a strong background in Quality Assurance and Agile methodologies. Proven experience in the fintech or banking industry. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required. Proficiency with Agile frameworks such as Scrum Kanban or SAFe. Experience using Agile project management tools like Jira Confluence Trello or Microsoft Project. Strong problemsolving organizational and leadership capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices and quality assurance principles. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
