We design immersive interactions that don’t just engage, they perform!Role SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support end-to-end project execution, from planning and procurement to on-ground delivery and post-event analysis. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, coordinating across multiple teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ScopingAnalyze client briefs to define scope, objectives, and deliverablesPrepare detailed project plans including timelines, resources, and budgets.Develop comprehensive BOQs and risk mitigation strategies.Align project goals with internal stakeholders before kickoff.Supplier & Procurement ManagementIdentify and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.Negotiate quotations and ensure procurement stays within budget.Track procurement schedules and maintain quality standards.Ensure supplier compliance with contractual and safety requirements.Cross-functional CoordinationCoordinate between creative, production, and technical teams to maintain project alignment.Lead internal planning and review meetings.Maintain transparent communication channels and manage real-time collaboration tools.Ensure accurate client expectations are shared across teams.On-ground Execution & DeliverySupervise production, fabrication, and installation activities on-site.Manage logistics, manpower, and vendor coordination.Resolve real-time issues swiftly and ensure safety compliance.Deliver projects on time, maintaining top-quality standards.Post-event Analysis & DocumentationGather client and internal feedback for continuous improvement.Prepare post-event reports, analyze budgets, and document all project data.Recommend enhancements based on project performance insights.Client Relationship ManagementMaintain regular communication and feedback loops with clients.Build long-term, trust-based client relationships.Manage expectations effectively, balancing feasibility and client demands.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.7+ years of experience in project coordination or management (preferably in events, marketing, or production).Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.Has a valid UAE driving license.#J-18808-Ljbffr
