Project Manager - Payment

VAM Systems is currently looking for Project Manager - Payment for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:Required Qualifications and Experience:6-10 years of proven experience in project management with a preference for PMP certification.In-depth knowledge and hands‑on experience with the following UAE Central Bank payment solutions and cross‑border SWIFT payments:UAEFTSIPINPSSWPSICCSDDSGPSSAAAFAQ PAYMENTS SYSTEM (GCCRTGS)SWIFT AllianceStrong understanding of payment systems financial messaging standards (ISO 20022) and regulatory frameworks.Excellent analytical problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams.Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in implementing payment solutions within the UAE financial sector.Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.Experience with project management tools and software.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the UAE Central Bank, financial institutions and technology partners.Risk Management: Identify, assess and mitigate project risks proactively to minimize potential disruptions and ensure project success.Change Management: Anticipate and manage changes to project scope, timeline or resources ensuring that stakeholders are informed and aligned.Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance measures to guarantee that project deliverables meet the highest standards and comply with regulatory requirements.Team Leadership: Motivate and mentor project team members providing guidance and support to drive project success.Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular project status reports, communicate effectively with stakeholders and elevate issues or concerns as needed.Joining Time Frame:(15 - 30 days)Remote Work:NoEmployment Type:Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
