Your expertise in managing complex projects, coupled with a deep understanding of UAE Central Bank payment systems, will be instrumental in ensuring successful delivery and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope, and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the UAE Central Bank, financial institutions, and technology partners.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively to minimize potential disruptions and ensure project success.Change Management: Anticipate and manage changes to project scope, timeline, or resources, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and aligned.Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance measures to guarantee that project deliverables meet the highest standards and comply with regulatory requirements.Team Leadership: Motivate and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to drive project success.Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular project status reports, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and escalate issues or concerns as needed.Required Qualifications And Experience6-10+ years of proven experience in project management, with a preference for PMP certification.In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with UAE Central Bank payment solutions and cross-border SWIFT payments, including UAEFTS, IPI, NPSS, WPS, ICCS, DDS, GPSSA, AAFAQ PAYMENTS SYSTEM (GCCRTGS), SWIFT Alliance.Strong understanding of payment systems, financial messaging standards (ISO 20022), and regulatory frameworks.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred QualificationsExperience in implementing payment solutions within the UAE financial sector.Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.Experience with project management tools and software.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: ContractJob function: Project Management and Information TechnologyIndustries: IT Services and IT ConsultingThis job posting is active.
