Job Description

Location: Dubai onsiteDuration: 1 year extendableStart date: Immediate/ ASAPRole Overview:This role involves leading end-to-end IT project delivery including system implementations, migrations, integrations, and upgrades—from initiation to closure. It demands hands-on experience managing full-cycle Oracle HFM implementations including planning, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. While not hands-on in configuration, the Project Manager is responsible for aligning business needs with system capabilities and driving execution across teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full lifecycle of HFM projects from planning to go-liveAct as the main liaison between Finance, IT, and vendorsEnsure alignment with business goals and IT governanceDrive project planning, budgeting, risk managementConduct feasibility assessments and develop project chartersDevelop project plans and allocate resources effectivelyManage communication, stakeholder engagement, and steering committeesMonitor progress, address risks, and ensure adherence to scope and timelinesProvide leadership to project teams and resolve conflicts as neededQualifications:Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)Proven experience in managing full-cycle Oracle HFM projectsSolid knowledge of HFM architecture, metadata, consolidation, and reportingExperience with Oracle EPM tools (FDMEE, Smart View) is a plus10+ years in enterprise IT project managementStrong vendor and stakeholder management skillsPMP or equivalent certification preferredProficiency with project tools (MS Project, JIRA)Personal Traits:Adaptable and resilientStrong problem-solving and communication skillsHigh attention to detailCapable leader and team managerKey KPIs:Delivery accuracy (on time, on budget, within scope)Stakeholder satisfactionEfficient resource utilizationRisk management effectivenessQuality of deliverables#J-18808-Ljbffr
