Project Manager Officer (PMO)

Job DescriptionAs the Head of PMO, you will be the central focal point for the COO to monitor, track, and synchronize all cross‑departmental efforts. Your primary mission is to optimize the Payment Integration Lifecycle and manage the high‑stakes intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Compliance. You will turn strategic vision into a structured, visible, and predictable execution roadmap.Job RequirementsExperience: 5+ years in Project/Program Management, with 3+ years specifically in Fintech, Payments, or Orchestration, 1+ years in leading 2+ members team.Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of API‑based architectures, Webhooks, and Payment Flow Logic.Tools: Expert‑level mastery of Jira/Confluence and specialized PMO software.Location Awareness: Familiarity with the fintech ecosystem and willingness to get into a new location and learn.Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
