Job Scope The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from the post‑sales phase to completion through coordinating the needed resources, allocating budgets and measuring performance and deliverables.Date: Mar 17, 2026Location: Dubai, AECompany: Mindware FZ‑LLCReq ID: 3028Job TitleProject ManagerMain Duties And ResponsibilitiesTechnical and OperationsMonitor the progress of ongoing projects including but not limited to tracking milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines and addressing potential issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycleOversee the handling of all project‑related documentation while maintaining accurate records, updating project files and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accuratelyVisit project sites regularly to oversee operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations and liaise with on‑site teams to address any project‑specific challengesCollaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Engineers, Contractors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project executionFoster effective communication and teamwork among team members to achieve project objectives efficientlyMonitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints and work closely with the Finance Department to manage project expenses effectivelyIdentify potential risks and devise mitigation strategiesProvide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and other relevant stakeholdersPlay a pivotal role in identifying areas for process improvement within the project management framework and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and qualityTalent DevelopmentLead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownershipDevelop capabilities and secure a solid succession planConduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and oversee development plansPosition RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or any other related fieldExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, with strong communication and stakeholder management skillsProven experience managing the full project lifecycle across IT projects (e.g., AI, Cloud Security, Infrastructure)Prior experience delivering projects within the Middle East regionPMP or ITIL certification preferredExperience working with vendors/technology partners preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
