Hiring for Project Manager for UAEEducationCivil engineering degree having experience in the landscape industry.Roles and ResponsibilitiesExperience 4 yrsResponsible for fulfilling Company's operational goals on assigned projects.Responsible for ensuring full Customer Satisfaction on assigned projects and obtain Appreciation Letters/Recommendations.Before commencement of each new project you will ensure to prepare and submit a report onRe-pitch job costExecution planCritical issues/resolutionsGeneral StrategyDevelop and monitor regularly the progress and successful completion of projects as per the Construction Programme.Preparation submission and obtaining approval on material proposals/drawings etc. / Raise RFI IR's and follow ups.Preparation of material procurement schedule and updatePrepare correct MRQ follow up with Purchase/ stores for delivery to site obtain appraisals at site.Ensure adequacy of materials at site and no idling of workforce.Maintain records of confirmation of verbal instruction.Take off quantities.Introduce methods to improve efficiency on site and reduce cost.To coordinate with Main Contractor/ Client/ Consultant.Coordinate with Draftsman for preparation of working drawings & submission obtaining approval from Consultant (with least commentsTo raise invoices for the work done & details of materials at site.To check quality of work & ensure good engineering practices are followed.Monitoring maintenance of latest drawings with list at site.Monitoring maintenance of as-built records.Monitoring & implementing all HSE issues at site/encourage tool talks with site staff.Establishing variations to contract submission of claims and follow-up of approval.Prepare final accounts in liaison with FM.Follow-up for prompt receipt of all payment certificates and payments.Prepare O & M Manual/obtain timely TOC & other.Continuously monitor and ensure project costs are within the budget.Responsible for effective oversight of multiple subcontractors and temporary leased installation labour.May evaluate the performance of more junior projects personnel to provide accurate feedback on the level of performance within the departmentAttending progress meetings with consultants and clients.Handing over of Projects.Any other duties assigned Key Skills Project Management Methodology,Project / Program Management,Construction Estimating,Construction Experience,PMBOK,Visio,Construction Management,Project Management,Project Management Software,Microsoft Project,Project Management Lifecycle,Contracts Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
