Project Manager

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of approved projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand what resources needed to execute the project and ensure availability.Responsible for planning the project construction process by producing critical path and understanding the timing of each stage.Responsible for the financial planning and monitoring of the project, continually forecasting, keeping the team informed of forecasts and changes and managing the scope meticulously.Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and consultants.Calculate the project risks pre project commencement and during project’s life cycle.Mitigate and manage risks accordingly.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent is desirable.Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is desirable.Minimum 10-12 years in a similar position with a reputable master real estate developer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
