Project Manager - Landscaping

Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Project Leadership: Manage all project phases from initiation to close‑out ensuring delivery within contract scope, schedule and budget.Client & Business Relations: Retain clients through regular communication, secure new contracts and serve as the primary client interface for approvals and queries.Resource & Financial Management: Optimize manpower, equipment and materials to control expenses, achieve target profitability and complete projects within budget.On-Site Execution & Team Leadership: Direct supervisors and on‑site teams conduct field reviews, suggest improvements and develop workforce skills through mentorship and training.Tendering & Estimation: Lead bid preparation by reviewing tender documents, resolving queries, creating estimates, schedules and incorporating historical project data.Compliance & Administration: Uphold all company QHSE policies, ensure adherence to company regulations and manage all project documentation, contracts and financial reporting.Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, senior management, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments to ensure project support and success.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil Landscape or related field).5 years of proven experience in project management within the landscaping construction industry.Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop project teams of various sizes.Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control and profitability management.Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications and contract documents.BenefitsAttractive salary and benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
