Job DescriptionBlack & Grey HR is representing a leading construction and fit-out company in Dubai, UAE, seeking an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in high‑end hospitality and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and interior fit out, with a proven ability to deliver large‑scale projects within time, cost, and quality parameters.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full lifecycle of joinery and interior fit‑out projects—from concept, design coordination, and planning to execution, handover, and post‑delivery support.Manage luxury hospitality, residential, and mixed‑use development projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and premium quality standards.Develop and implement project execution strategies, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with design, production, and site teams.Supervise multidisciplinary teams and external contractors, ensuring all work is executed per design intent, specifications, and timelines.Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project flow and proactive problem‑solving.Oversee procurement schedules, shop drawings, sample approvals, and production milestones related to joinery and fit‑out elements.Monitor project budgets, cost variations, and risk registers, ensuring strong commercial control and timely decision‑making.Drive quality assurance and compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and local authority requirements.Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients with complete transparency.Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.15+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in project management roles focused on joinery and interior fit‑out projects.Proven experience in delivering large‑scale hospitality and residential projects in the UAE or GCC region.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast‑paced project environments.Deep understanding of join production, fit‑out methodologies, and material procurement processes.Expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality management.Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM, and MS Office Suite.Excellent communication,, and client management skills.Attractive Salary + Benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
