Project Manager – Industrial Buildings & Steel Structures

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for a leading construction contractor specializing in industrial building projects including extensive steel structure works. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution from start to finish ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality targets.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all phases of industrial building projects including steel structure worksCoordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teamsReview project designs, contract documents, schedules, and resource plansMonitor site progress, quality, safety and compliance with project specificationsManage project budgets, cost control, variations and commercial issuesEnsure timely procurement of materials, equipment and subcontractor packagesPrepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholdersResolve technical and construction-related challenges on siteEnsure adherence to authority regulations and approval requirementsDrive project handover and close‑out activitiesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or related engineering field10 years of experience in construction project management with strong exposure to industrial buildingsProven experience working with steel structures (fabrication, erection coordination)Strong leadership, planning and communication skillsSolid understanding of contractual terms, project controls and construction methodologiesProficiency in MS Project/Primavera and MS OfficeUAE experience preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
