As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale infrastructure development and site management projects in one of the world's most exciting and rapidly growing cities.Lead and manage complex site development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using industry-standard project management methodologies and toolsConduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challengesCoordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and local authoritiesManage stakeholder relationships and expectations, providing regular updates and presentations on project progressEnsure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in DubaiAnalyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategiesMentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance project management cultureQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure development or construction projectsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredProven track record of successfully managing large-scale site development projectsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)Excellent budgeting and financial management skillsDemonstrated ability to assess and mitigate project risksSuperior stakeholder management and communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of infrastructure development and site management practicesFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations in DubaiStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
