Project Manager

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to lead our project initiatives to successful completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management within the construction sector, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception through planning and execution, ensuring all project objectives align with client requirements and organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Lead project teams, provide direction, and motivate members to achieve project goals.Maintain continuous communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns promptly.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct regular project reviews and prepare reports for senior management.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the construction industry.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in budget management and forecasting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
