Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception through planning and execution, ensuring all project objectives align with client requirements and organizational goals.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards</li><li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies</li><li>Lead project teams, provide direction, and motivate members to achieve project goals</li><li>Maintain continuous communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns promptly</li><li>Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success</li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Conduct regular project reviews and prepare reports for senior management</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the construction industry</li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficient in budget management and forecasting.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
