With millions of players and fans around the world, we aim to shape the future of esports and gaming by building ecosystems that are inclusive, innovative, and enduring.The RoleAs Project Manager, GFX Asset Production, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of creative outputs across departments within the Esports World Cup and Esports Nation Cup. You will be responsible for applying structured project management practices to help creative teams remain on track, through managing timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and cross‑functional coordination. You will act as the operational glue between departments, ensuring alignment between creative vision, production milestones, and event delivery needs.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross‑functional departments (media services, marketing, broadcast etc.) to translate creative & operational goals into actionable project plans and milestones;Track progress against deadlines, flag risks, and proactively escalation issues to the Head of Creative Production;Work closely with our external partners, as well as internal stakeholders, to make sure we meet and exceed our expectations;Support budget tracking and resource planning where applicable.RequirementsMust have:Minimum of 3 years of project management experience;Experience planning, initiating, monitoring, and implementing events together with a team;Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to carry out several tasks at the same time;Proven ability to adapt to changing requirements and resolve issues in real time;Proven experience in project management within creative, production, or live event environments;Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written.Nice to have:Experience, knowledge, and understanding of esports and gaming, particularly in creative disciplines;Understanding of creative production processes across creative disciplines.Firmly rooted in our values, EFG is an affirmative action employer that celebrates being an equal opportunity workplace.
