Job description:Job Title: Project Manager Construction Finishing / Interior Fit-OutJob OverviewWe are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in construction finishing and interior fit-out works to manage site execution coordinate teams and ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and to required quality standards. The role involves hands‑on site management and close coordination with subcontractors and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end execution of finishing and interior fit‑out projectsPlan, monitor and control project timelines and site activitiesCoordinate subcontractors for finishing works such as gypsum, painting, tiling, joinery, ceilings, flooring and MEP interfacesEnsure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedulesConduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standardsMonitor progress and prepare site reports for managementEnsure compliance with safety rules and site proceduresManage materials, manpower and site resources efficientlyIdentify site risks and resolve issues to avoid delaysRequirementsMinimum 57 years of experience in construction or interior fit‑out projectsStrong finishing and fit‑out experience is mandatoryUAE project experience requiredAbility to read and interpret drawings and specificationsGood leadership, coordination and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple subcontractors and site teamsRequired Skills:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 37 years of relevant experience in construction or civil infrastructure. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and project management tools. Excellent analytical problem‑solving and communication skills.
