Project Manager-Fitout

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with proven experience in interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing and delivering multiple fit-out projects on time within scope and within budget. You will liaise with clients consultants and internal teams to ensure project success while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage full project lifecycle from tender to completionCoordinate with stakeholders: clients consultants suppliers & subcontractorsPrepare and monitor project plans schedules and budgetsEnsure compliance with drawings specifications and UAE authority regulationsConduct regular site visits quality checks and progress reportingOversee material procurement and manpower allocationEnsure timely project delivery and effective risk managementManage project documentation and handoverRequirementsBachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or related discipline5 7 years of experience in UAE fit-out project managementStrong knowledge of local authority approvals (e.g. DM DCD Trakhees)Proficient in project management tools (MS Project AutoCAD etc.)Strong communication problem-solving and leadership skillsUAE Driving License preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
