Project Manager - Fit out

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Fit-Out Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and fit-out project management within the UAE. This role involves overseeing all stages of fit-out projects, from initial planning and design to final execution and delivery, ensuring projects meet client expectations, stay on budget, and are completed on time with the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the entire lifecycle of fit-out projects, from planning to final delivery.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with client expectations.Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.Monitor project progress and adjust timelines to meet goals and deadlines.Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.Address project risks and resolve issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery.Conduct site visits to monitor quality, progress, and resolve on-site challenges.Prepare post-project evaluations and identify lessons for future improvements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.Minimum of 10 years of civil engineering experience, with at least 5 years in fit-out project management.Proven experience managing high-profile commercial and residential fit-out projects in the UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE fit-out regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
