The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing fit-out works from planning to execution, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with project stakeholders, managing procurement flow, supervising site operations, conducting inspections, and organizing logistics. The position involves close collaboration with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to efficiently align project requirements with delivery execution.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strong proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.</li><li>Experience in Expediting and Coordination to streamline procurement and delivery processes.</li><li>Skills in Inspection and Quality Assurance to monitor compliance and ensure high standards in construction work.</li><li>Knowledge of Logistics Management, including supply chain optimization and on-site material handling.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.</li><li>Prior experience in fit-out or construction projects is highly desirable.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a strong advantage.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
