Project Manager - Exhibition Stands

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionDevelop and manage baseline project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Ensure alignment with client requirements, design specifications, and contractual obligations.Oversee procurement, production, and site execution.Client & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and suppliers.Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly.Technical & Quality ControlReview design drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs for accuracy and buildability.Ensure compliance with UAE standards, health & safety requirements, and company procedures.Monitor site progress and implement corrective actions to resolve delays or design/site discrepancies.Commercial & Financial ManagementMonitor project costs and variations, ensuring profitability is maintained.Support the commercial team in preparing invoices, claims, and change orders.Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for cost‑effective solutions without compromising quality.Team LeadershipLead and mentor project engineers, site managers, and supervisors.Foster a culture of accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.Ensure team adherence to KPIs and company objectives.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience in UAE, preferably in exhibition stands, fit‑out, or pavilion projects.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, material specifications, and MEP integration.Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.Familiarity with Odoo ERP / Salesforce CRM is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
