Project Manager (ETL & Data Warehouse)

KalSoft is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in ETL and Data Warehouse solutions to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who have a solid background in delivering complex projects within the banking and financial services sector, and are capable of managing end-to-end project lifecycles while ensuring quality and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budgetOversee the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closureCollaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectivesManage ETL processes and Data Warehouse implementations, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and optimal performanceIdentify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategiesPrepare and present regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholdersEnsure adherence to industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements within the banking domainMaintain effective communication across all levels of the organizationRequirementsSaudi National (Mandatory)Minimum 5 years of experience in Project ManagementPrior experience in the banking or financial services industry (Mandatory)Strong expertise in ETL processes and Data Warehouse management (Mandatory)Proven track record of managing teams and delivering complex projectsExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and work under pressureStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
