A shift into leveraging our many years of experience to develop pioneering software in-house will add yet another dimension to our highly innovative solutions.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget. This role involves managing day-to-day project activities, coordinating between teams, stakeholders, and clients, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet the expected standards of quality. The Project Manager will work closely with senior project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives and are successfully completed. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive project success.ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project tasks are assigned and completed on time. Track project progress, identify any issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and addressing concerns as they arise. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership on status, risks, and issues. Collaborate with business units and clients to align project priorities and ensure successful delivery.Risk and Issue Management: Identify project risks and issues early, escalate as needed, and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies. Track project risks and ensure that all issues are addressed promptly to avoid delays or scope creep.Project Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting notes. Ensure all project-related data is recorded and accessible for reference, tracking, and reporting purposes.Quality Assurance & Delivery: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, client requirements, and business objectives. Review and approve deliverables to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines. Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned to improve future project delivery.Collaboration & Team Support: Foster a collaborative working environment by supporting project team members and ensuring alignment with project goals. Provide guidance and support to project teams, resolving any challenges that arise during execution.QualificationsMinimum:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related fieldSolid understanding of project management principles and best practicesAt least 5-10 years of experience managing projects, preferably in a cross-functional environmentDesired:Experience with project management software/tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet)Certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or other project management credentials are a plusKnowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologiesExperience:5-10 years of experience in project management or related rolesProven track record of managing end-to-end project execution in a professional settingSkills & AbilitiesStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to meet project objectivesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalSolid problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to managing project challengesProficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and reporting toolsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyFocused on continuous improvement and delivering project excellenceCompliance with policies and procedures based on the ISO standards adopted by CNS.#J-18808-Ljbffr
