Project Manager - DMO

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Design Management Office in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our team you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating designrelated projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously from inception to completionDevelop and maintain project plans schedules and budgetsCoordinate with internal teams external stakeholders and clients to ensure project objectives are metIdentify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project successOversee resource allocation and optimise team performanceConduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior managementEnsure compliance with company policies industry standards and local regulationsImplement and maintain project management best practices within the Design Management OfficeDrive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologiesQualifications : Bachelors degree in Design Architecture Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 12 years of experience in project management with a focus on designrelated projectsProven track record of successful project delivery in a design or architectural contextStrong knowledge of project management methodologiesProficiency in design management software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent budgeting resource allocation and risk management skillsOutstanding stakeholder communication and leadership abilitiesIndepth understanding of design processes principles and architectural practicesProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredAbility to work effectively in a fastpaced multicultural environmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical and problemsolving capabilitiesRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Fulltime Key Skills Project Management Methodology,Project / Program Management,Construction Estimating,Construction Experience,PMBOK,Visio,Construction Management,Project Management,Project Management Software,Microsoft Project,Project Management Lifecycle,Contracts Experience: years Vacancy: 1
