Project Manager

The role of Project Manager is to Plan, execute, and finalize Project according to strict deadline and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver Project according to the plan. The Project Manager will also define the Project objectives and oversee the quality control throughout its life cycle.Participate in the formulation and implementation of the Project Management strategy, manages the day-to-day operations of Project Management by facilitating related professional work process to ensure with the established plans and in order to achieve high performance standards.Determine and define project scope and objectivesPrepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirementsTrack project costs in order to meet budgetDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work planProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressManage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverablesUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project executionMonitor progress and make adjustments as neededMeasure project performance to identify areas for improvementRequirementsBachelor Degree in (Civil Engineering) with total 15 Years of Experience including 10 years in Infrastructural Projects and at least 3 years work experience in SaudiMiddle East experience (prefer Saudi)Strong knowledge of infrastructureStrong safety backgroundStrong in all construction disciplines with the knowledge of “HOW TO’Strong knowledge of cost management.Strong construction coordination knowledge.#J-18808-Ljbffr
