<div><h3>Senior Project Manager – Cybersecurity</h3><p>Job location: UAE (Sharjah)</p><p>We are looking for an experienced<b>Senior Project Manager – Cybersecurity</b>to lead and deliver complex security initiatives across enterprise environments. This role involves managing end-to-end cybersecurity projects spanning infrastructure, applications, and cloud platforms while ensuring alignment with organizational security standards and governance.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)</li><li>Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables aligned with security objectives</li><li>Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to security and compliance</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, applications, and operations</li><li>Conduct workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather and define security requirements</li><li>Translate business and security needs into structured project plans and execution roadmaps</li><li>Oversee implementation and rollout of security solutions across multiple systems and entities</li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, frameworks, and governance standards</li><li>Manage vendors and implementation partners delivering cybersecurity solutions</li><li>Ensure seamless integration of security tools within existing platforms and infrastructure</li><li>Track project progress and drive successful deployment and adoption of security controls</li><li>Prepare and present regular updates, reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders</li></ul><h3>Required Experience</h3><ul><li>8–12 years of experience in project management</li><li>Proven experience managing cybersecurity or infrastructure-related projects</li><li>Exposure to key security domains such as identity security, application security, or cloud security</li><li>Strong experience working with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders</li><li>Experience in vendor and partner management</li><li>Background in government, public sector, or large enterprise environments is a plus</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong project planning, execution, and delivery management</li><li>Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and frameworks</li><li>Ability to bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills</li><li>Strong vendor management and delivery oversight capabilities</li><li>Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS</li></ul><h3>Certifications (Preferred)</h3><ul><li>PMP or PRINCE2</li><li>Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
